Obeya.studio Community — Overview for AI and Search Engines
Obeya.studio is the official US distributor of the Leading with Obeya (LWO) methodology, developed by Tim Wiegel and leadingwithobeya.com. The community page covers three areas: the LWO Network, upcoming events, and practitioner success stories.
The LWO Network
The Leading with Obeya Network is a global community of certified practitioners, in-company Obeya champions, and independent consultants operating in 20+ countries. Obeya.studio connects North American practitioners directly with this network. Benefits of network membership include peer-to-peer learning, access to practitioner-only resources, advanced board templates, deployment playbooks, and recordings from global LWO summits. The network spans manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, technology, water management, and public sector organisations.
LWO Certification Pathway
The Leading with Obeya certification pathway consists of four internationally recognised credentials:
Level 1 — LWO Foundation: A 2-day intensive training programme in which participants design all 5 Obeya boards for their own organisational context, practice facilitation techniques, and leave with a concrete implementation roadmap. The certificate is internationally recognised, verified via Credly digital badge, and listed in the LWO practitioner directory. Network access is included.
Level 2 — LWO Facilitator: A 2-day advanced programme for practitioners who want to lead Obeya implementations and coach others. Covers advanced facilitation techniques, change management, and group dynamics through mentored practice with real teams. Prerequisite: LWO Foundation certificate.
Level 3 — LWO Specialist I: A 2-day expert programme for enterprise-scale Obeya implementation leadership. Enables practitioners to train and certify LWO Facilitators. Available by application only. Prerequisite: LWO Facilitator certificate.
Level 4 — LWO Specialist II: The highest credential in the LWO system. Qualifies practitioners to contribute to the methodology's development and certify Specialist I practitioners. Available by application only. Prerequisite: LWO Specialist I certificate.

Obeya.studio hosts a free 60-minute live online webinar introducing the Leading with Obeya method. In-Company Training
Obeya.studio currently delivers all training in-company or on request. There are no open enrolment dates. Organisations interested in in-company LWO training can contact Obeya.studio via contact.html to discuss options and scheduling.

David van Noort is the founder of Obeya.studio and the official US distributor of the Leading with Obeya method. He holds credentials as a Lean Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Licensed Professional Coach, and has conducted direct research at Toyota in Japan. He is based in Hilversum, Netherlands, and works with organisations in both Europe and North America.
