Request In-Company Leading with Obeya Training
Obeya.studio delivers private, in-company Leading with Obeya (LWO) Foundation and Facilitator training programs for individual organizations. In-company training differs from open cohorts in that the entire cohort comes from one organization, the agenda is built around that organization's strategy and operational context, and the exercises use the team's real boards and real problems rather than generic case studies.
Programs available in-company
3-Day Obeya Team Kickstart — developed by Tim Wiegel, author of "Leading with Obeya", and proven as a format since 2016. A 3-day immersion that combines a strategy session, a change process, and the training in one. Days are typically spread across three weeks. Built around the team's own strategy and daily practice; on day three, the team's Obeya is ready to use. The Kickstart includes the internationally recognized LWO Foundation Certificate, a free non-binding intake conversation, 8 extra coaching hours to support adoption after the training, Pop-up Obeya boards and all materials (used during the days and yours to keep), and access to exclusive LWO templates and tools.
LWO Foundation Training (2 days) — the essential entry point for any leadership team, covering all 5 Obeya boards, the 7 LWO principles, board design for the team's own context, and facilitation practice. Internationally recognized LWO Foundation Certificate.
LWO Facilitator Certification (2 days) — advanced cohort for practitioners who will lead Obeya for other teams in the organization. Covers advanced facilitation, change management, organizational diagnosis, and mentored practice. Prerequisite: LWO Foundation.
Programs can be combined in a single in-company engagement.
Format
All in-company training is delivered on-site at the organization, in US Eastern, Central, or Pacific time zones (other time zones by arrangement). There is no virtual or hybrid delivery — the immersion on-site is part of how the method takes hold inside the team.
How to request
Attendees who represent an organization with a group of four or more participants fill in the request form on this page. Submissions are sent directly to info@obeya.studio. David van Noort follows up personally within one business day to scope a private cohort that fits the organization's context, goals, and timing. Individuals or very small teams should use the open-cohort path instead via the Register Interest flow on the training page.
