The Obeya Team Kickstart

A 3-day immersion that combines a strategy session, a change process, and the training in one — built around your team's own strategy and daily practice. Over three days (typically spread across three weeks), the team learns the LWO method and applies it directly. On day three, the team's Obeya is ready to use.

Designed specifically for leadership teams that want to collaborate more effectively. The Obeya is a mirror for the team — it doesn't solve problems by itself; the team does. The Kickstart is the fastest way to get the discipline, the rhythm, and the visual system standing on its own feet.
