LWO Foundation E-Learning
The official LWO Foundation program in a self-paced online format, developed by Tim Wiegel. Covers all five boards, the seven principles, and how to set up and run your first Obeya. LWO Foundation Training
A 2-day intensive in-person or virtual certification program. Participants design all 5 Obeya boards for their own context, practice facilitation, and leave with a concrete implementation roadmap. Includes the internationally recognized LWO Foundation Certificate, Credly digital badge, lifetime LWO Network access, digital template library, and post-training implementation guide. Price: $1,995 per person, group rates from 4 participants, excluding applicable sales tax.
LWO Facilitator Certification
A 2-day advanced certification for practitioners who want to facilitate Obeya for other teams. Covers advanced facilitation techniques, change management, organizational diagnosis, and mentored practice with real teams. Prerequisite: LWO Foundation Certificate. Small cohort, maximum 12 participants. Price: $2,495 per person, group rates from 4 participants, excluding applicable sales tax.
LWO Specialist I
A 2-day expert-level program focusing on enterprise-scale Obeya implementation leadership. Covers advanced organizational diagnosis, stakeholder alignment, and change leadership at scale. Includes the LWO Specialist I certificate and listing in the global LWO Specialist directory. Available by application only. Prerequisite: LWO Facilitator Certificate.
LWO Specialist II
A 2-day program representing the highest credential in the LWO ecosystem. Qualifies practitioners to train and certify LWO Facilitators, contribute to the method's global development, and publish case studies in the LWO knowledge base. Available by application only. Prerequisite: LWO Specialist I.
Team Kickstart
A 3-day in-house program combining Foundation training for the entire team with customized strategy sessions. Teams leave with all five boards populated for their specific context, a meeting rhythm everyone has agreed on, and clear ownership across the team. Available on-site in the US or virtually.
Coaching and support services
Obeya.studio offers 1-on-1 coaching (monthly or weekly), structured 90-day implementation support programs, custom workshops for manufacturing and financial services organizations, and speaking and roundtable facilitation at conferences and executive events across the US.
